LÆRM is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) infrastructure platform operated by the LÆRM Collective, based in Switzerland. We provide technical infrastructure—including dedicated subdomains, secure file hosting via Cloudflare R2, and payment orchestration—to enable creators to sell digital assets directly to their audience.
Subdomains: Upon registration, users may be assigned a dedicated subdomain (e.g., user.laerm.space). LÆRM retains ultimate ownership of the laerm.space domain and reserves the right to reclaim or rename subdomains that violate trademarks or remain inactive.
Security: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your subdomain and credentials.
Platform Fee: LÆRM operates on a transaction-fee model. Grandfathered "Founding Members" are subject to a 5% flat fee per transaction. Future tiers may include subscription-based access as outlined in your specific plan.
Capital Access: Usage of the platform generates data density. LÆRM reserves the right to use anonymized transaction data to underwrite future revenue-based financing opportunities for users.
IP Retention: Creators retain 100% ownership of all uploaded intellectual property (IP), including films, scripts, and media.
Distribution License: You grant LÆRM a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transcode, and deliver your content to your verified buyers.

All financial transactions are processed via Stripe. By using LÆRM, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Creators are the "merchants of record" and are responsible for any local sales tax or VAT obligations arising from their sales.
LÆRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for revenue loss resulting from service interruptions, unauthorized subdomain access, or third-party processor delays.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the creator dashboard or your registered email address.
